Ми пропонуємо декілька варіантів тренінгів та воркшопів для вашої школи. Усі тренінги проводить досвідчена та висококваліфікована викладачка Аліса Рашкович, яка має досвід праці у декількох країнах світу с 2009 року.
За роки праці тренером викладачів, Аліса помогла більш ніж 300 кандидатам здобути кваліфікації від Кембріджу (здебільшого на курсах CELTA) та розробила з десяток практичних авторських курсів, які допомагають викладачам ставати кращими.
Кожен тренінг триває 3 години та може бути проведений як онлайн, так і у вашому приміщенні.
Також є можливість провести lesson observation. Це включає:
- Знайомство з Алісою та визначення цілей уроку.
- 30-хвилинна бесіда, під час якої ви обговорите ідеї вашого уроку.
- Сам урок 60 хвилин (вживу чи в записі залежно від розкладу).
- Зустріч, під час якої ви будете обговорювати проведений урок, а по закінченню отримаєте детальний письмовий відгук.
Тема 1. Understanding how children learn. Classroom management for primary teachers.
We will explore the main characteristics of YLs at different stages of their development and their implications for teaching. You will also learn about a number of practical tips and tricks to manage your YL classes more effectively.
Тема 2. Exam preparation: Cambridge YLE.
We will discuss what is tested in three different levels and how to help your students prepare better.
Тема 3. Exam preparation: Cambridge A2 Key and B1 Preliminary.
We will look at different skills tested in the exam and how to help your students develop them, as well as some tips for speaking and writing preparation.
Тема 4. Arts and crafts with young learners.
How to get creative and messy with your young learners – but not too messy! Developing fine motor skills and setting up effective arts and crafts activities.
Тема 5. Selecting and adapting materials for YL classes.
No textbook is ever perfect. In this session, we will identify your students’ needs and how to address them by selecting appropriate learning materials. We will also discuss what makes some textbooks less effective and how to deal with it.
Тема 6. Storytelling and drama with young learners.
Another input session on creativity. You will find out how to introduce storytelling into your classes, what common techniques to use and how to develop books into dramatised stories.
Тема 7. Lesson frameworks: teaching language systems.
We will explore top effective approaches to teaching grammar, vocabulary and functional language. You will be able to decide on the lesson structure for your own lessons afterwards.
Тема 8. Lesson frameworks: teaching language skills.
The first part of the input focuses on receptive skills – listening and reading, the second one of productive skills – speaking and writing. We will find out how to stage your lessons and how to teach not just test these skills.
Тема 9. Language analysis for teachers.
We will take a look at common pitfalls there are when analyzing and teaching language and have extensive practice of designing appropriate concept checking questions and other ways to clarify meaning.
Тема 10. Authentic materials with secondary students.
If you would like to jazz up your lessons by bringing in texts and videos created for and by native speakers, we will explore different ways to introduce and use them so that your learners are not overwhelmed.
